for senior portraits:
1) The session fee also known as a sitting fee which pays us to
actually take your picture.
2) The prints and enlargements, which pays for the retouching,
color correction and the prints and mounting.

What's
included?

Senior
session guide - A free Senior portrait session guide
is included in all sessions and is sent to you before
your session. This 10 page guide answers many frequently
asked questions and has lots of suggestions for clothing
choices and other aspects of your session to make your
senior portraits the very best!
Retouching
- Each pose you order include standard retouching to remove
unwanted blemishes and to soften facial lines, and your
eyes and teeth are whitened.
Mounting
- Every portrait 11x14 and larger is permanently mounted
to sturdy art board for maximum durability and longevity.
If you prefer your images not be mounted please let us
know when ordering, as they will be mounted unless specified.
Cropping
- You will find the look of your preview can be changed
by cropping or tightening the pose if you want. When you
decide on your poses, remember that 8x10's will crop differently
than what you see in your previews. 5x7's will crop very
similar to your preview and wallets will be similar to
5x7's, but a little tighter. If you have questions, let
us know and we can show you options for image cropping.

Ordering
|
When your
final print order is placed within 7 days of receiving your
previews, you qualify for the FREE
STUFF. You will need to make an appointment to place
your order, rather than dropping by. We want to be able
to spend the time required with you when ordering without
disturbances or to disturb another client.

Payments
|
The session
fee is due when you make your appointment. This can be paid
on the phone with a Credit Card, or a check must be received
within 5 days to hold your appointment.
When we receive
your session fee we will send you our 10 page Senior portrait
guide with lots of ideas and suggestions to make your session
the best! It includes answers to frequent questions about
clothing colors, jewelry, pets etc...
The order total is due when you place your order.

Delivery
| Your
portraits will be ready in about 4 weeks from your order date.
You will receive a notice in the mail or a telephone call
when they are ready. We ask that you let us know when you
will be picking up your order so we can thoroughly go through
it with you. No part of any order can be picked up without
the full payment. Orders left at the studio 30 days past the
scheduled pick up date will be charged storage fees of $10
per month. The studio will not be responsible for orders not
picked up within 60 days. If you would like to have your finished
order shipped to you via UPS, please add $10 for shipping
handling and insurance. |
Copyright
| In
1976, the Federal Government passed a law making it illegal
to copy material protected by copyright, including professional
photography. Your portraits are made by the finest craftsmen
in the industry. The studio invests heavily in training, education
and equipment to provide our with the highest quality photography
found anywhere high quality that cannot be duplicated or copied
without a severe loss of sharpness, color and clarity. Since
such a loss would reflect poorly on the reputation of our
work, Studio 3 Tyler has reserved the copyright on each portrait
we create. That means copying either your preview images or
finished portraits by ANY means, including photocopier, digital
scanning or copy photography is prohibited by law. Studio
3 Tyler reserves the right to pursue legal actions against
any person who violates this copyright. While we have made
some very limited exceptions in the past, most often we cannot
sign over the copyright to any third party such as a copy
center, for reproduction for invitations or other additional
services. And because of these strict copyright laws, they
may not reproduce our work under penalty of law. We request
that you do not ask for a copyright release as we do not like
to deny this request. We sincerely appreciate your understanding
and cooperation in helping us to maintain the highest levels
of quality and integrity you have come to expect from Studio
